Kirby, applesauce is pretty much the easiest thing I've ever canned (less gloppy than the apple butter and so fewer problems with bubbles!) You can treat it just like apple butter or check processing times on the USDA home canning site. I love having applesauce "put up" and not having to wait on defrosting an entire block when I want some.
