Love the potential of this recipe and can't wait to try it. Thanks PJ! I too can relate to eating fish on Fridays (as kids, we silently prayed for the Legion Post to have its Friday Fish-Frys during Lent!). But we never had anything as fancy as puff pastry, so lucky to those who did! One question: is it because many of us are 'Boomers' that we know how to fold a business letter or even know what one is?? Happy baking and Aloha!
