I'd really appreciate some recipes for the 3-cup Bundt cake pan, in addition to the pound cake recipe I found online. I'd love to see lemon, chocolate, and red velvet cake recipes, but anything would really be welcome. With just the two of us, we'd never finish a 10- or 12-cup Bundt cake before it went stale, and I'm not a big fan of freezing cakes.
