I think you must be the official cheerleader for bundt cakes! You even make me want bake one for my brother because I know for sure he is cake of any kind deprived. You HAVE to try the Carribbean Rum Cake Di. It too will travel well with all that rum. I have made this several times and it is always a real pleaser. I have made this cake with both dark rum and spiced rum and quite like the spiced variety. When it comes time to pour the rum syrup on the cake while it is still in the pan, just pour it all in there at once. It will soak in gradually. Enjoy! Elisabeth @ KAF
