My top favorite was the Brown Sugar Bundt Cake in "Baking From My Home To Yours" by Dorie Greenspan. I leave out the prunes/raisins though. Since my diagnosis of gluten intolerance several years ago, I have not had the pleasure of making this wonderful cake. One of these days, I will find a way to make it! I look forward to making the pumpkin bundt cake you posted in this blog.
