I am making these right now and carefully followed directions BUT mine look much moister, more like a quick bread recipe, more homogeneous. The only thing I can think of was the freshly cooked quinoa which seem wet. I put it in a strainer and pressed out moisture. Any thoughts? I'm disappointed in how they look, not at all like a granola bar!
