I cannot bring nut products to work. Have you ever baked with Sunbutter? I haven't had it, but people use it as a substitute for peanut butter in sandwiches . Not sure if the consistency would be the same or if it would break down. I've worked with Sunbutter, and I'm pretty sure it will work. Definitely give it a try. Susan
