hi. love making energy bars with all these healthy type ingredients, so I was pleased to find another variation! question: I like to sweeten my bars with dates. is it possible to sub out the honey for dates? or do you need the viscosity of the honey (or maple syrup) to help keep them together? if you can substitute, any thoughts on how many? thanks!
