I've got so many friends that love PB2, KL Somers! I would imagine that reconstituting it would work out fairly nicely. If you wanted to keep the bars a little firmer, try backing up a bit on the amount of water, to make a thicker peanut butter "paste" for use in the bars. Hope you enjoy them! -Gwen
