Hi Carolyn! I've made these bars for hiking and road trips a couple of times and they've really been the perfect treat. I stored mine for as long as a week in a cooler and a long weekend bouncing along in my backpack at room temperature before they were all eaten. That's not to say they wouldn't hold for longer, I was just too hungry to find out. I hope you enjoy them! -Gwen
