How fun is a Fair - LOTS, judging from this blog and really nice photos. I've been exploring apple pies of late and this one looks particularly interesting because I love Carmel. Streusel under the top crust - hmmmm, will have to think about that - relative to the extra sugar - I'd still want it on top I think. Nice wide lattice. Suggestion: link's to recipes could be set to open in a seperate window - so that a reader might not 'lose' the blog if perhaps they do not know how to hit the back button on the browser to return to the blog.
