I appreciate how to divide the dough. I have been dividing it in half and bottom always too thin, butter beat up the dough.
I weigh everything and that is the best way since weight never changes.
I am determined to continue to work at making the perfect pie crust for my pies.
Question: When you say scoop out 2/3 thirds do you mean before you add liquids or eye it after the liquids?
