Hi Diane. Our blog article on just that topic walks you through the details. But in short, Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour is for recipes that are designed to be gluten-free and are calling for either a gluten-free all-purpose flour or just plain gluten-free flour. Gluten-Free Measure for Measure Flour is designed to replace regular all-purpose flour in non-yeasted regular recipes. Anything yeasted such as bread or pizza will require a recipe that's designed to be gluten-free. We hope this and the blog article help! Annabelle@KAF
