It's wonderful that Karen and her daughter, Lily have that same love of baking. I've been making banana bread w/walnuts and plain for my co-workers for over 25 years, an old James Beard Bread recipe (w/great reviews). I love KA white whole wheat flour -- use it now in just about all my baking. Given the benefits of coconut oil (Dr. Oz), I often use that instead of butter/other oil too. I use fresh grated nutmeg in most of my baked good. And, last but not least, I always recommend KA cinnamon to everyone -- THE BEST. I look forward to trying Karen's recipe.
