I Substituted 1/3 of the flour with tapioca flour and used 1 2/3 pre-mixed gf baking flour (with xanthan gu in it) and used MINI chocolate chips. I also subbed flaxseed meal for the xantham gum addition. They ( i made muffins) came out delicious, sticky, and with mannnny chocolate chips throughout (even on top!). I made 28 with this recipe. :)
