Landed here from your "Zucchini Recipes: No Joke" page and was wondering if I could use pureed frozen zucchini (that my husband blanched) in this recipe. If so, how may frozen ounces (pre-pureed) would I use? Thanks in advance for your help! Sincerely, Margaret
