I have a recipe from Nordic Ware for Spiced Pumpkin Loaf ( full gluten).
I love the recipe so much, but cannot tolerate the gluten. So I tried the exact same recipe using King Arthurs baking blend flour. It turned out amazing, except the center was gooey...I cooked it 30minutes longer and it still was gooey in the middle...any suggestions ?
