I just finished making the King Arthur gluten free zucchini chocolate chip bread! The mini chocolate chips are evenly distributed. The texture and flavor is very good. I chose to use the molasses over honey, and I must admit that the bread tastes a lot like molasses! I am sure I will make it again, but will try using honey next time. I read many recipes before I decided on this one. Most of them called for huge amounts of sugar. I decided to try this healthier version and I am glad I did. Thank you for all that you do for those of us who are gluten free.
