I have a friend that found out earlier this year that she is allergic to wheat (gluten) and I like to give her baked goods on occasion. Thank you for clearing up how to switch quick breads from gluten to gluten free. I am going to experiment with yeast breads within the next month, just to see how they will turn out. I will post an update later just to let you know that is if you are interested.
