PJ, you have read my mind. I too have enjoyed baking for all of the people in my life. Watching their faces is the best feeling... 4years ago my youngest daughter , my baking buddy, was diagnosed with gluten intolerance. Everything changed and baking became such a challenge that it was no longer enjoyable. We live at 6200 ft so regular baking is a challenge sometimes and gf baking was a nightmare at first. Thanks to your website and KAF's excellent line of gf items, my daughter enjoys baked goods again. I tell everyone who asks for my gf recipes to go to your website.
