Hi...these pancakes were sticky and gluey. I did not see butter so I did not include that in the wet ingredients portion of the recipe. The pancakes were a total disaster and I wound up with scrambled pancakes for the dog! ( Romeo was grateful-- we were honored with the delightful sents of pumpkin and spices).
