I have made a breakfast scramble with this almost exact recipe. I cut them rectangle rather than round, and baked until almost browned. I cooled and froze them...then guess what I don't have to cook in the morning! Pop them in the toaster on the high setting and out comes perfection! I will be trying the pizza biscuts soon. They sound yummy!
