I have read all the responses the majority are positive. The others are very negative like it's KAF bakers fault. Those who tried and failed could it have been in the process of preparation? Or over mixing? Hmmm one can never tell, it's only biscuits and they can be a hard task master when prepared wrongly. I have done it before when I was learning how to cook. Not now, and I can't wait to try this recipe. To be fair I have never used self-rising flour, this will be my first! Here I go on another baking adventure! Can't wait to get started! Constance
