You could use full fat coconut "milk" that comes in a can. It is called milk but is just like heavy cream. If you cool it, it separates into a thick layer of firm fat and a watery liquid. Be sure to shake the can be for opening. You can use a whole grain or gluten free self rising flour. They are pretty easy to find.
