Thanks. Found my answer and learned a ton more. The 100% wheat loaf and it not rising was my issue. This page brought together so many things I've experienced while baking bread. After this read I will be busting out much better loaves of homemade bread. They were never bad loaves, but they will be much better going forward. Thanks for the details. It was great reading the clear knowledge about something as seemingly simple as baking bread and prepping. Groovy. Thanks again-
