I so appreciate this article. Last evening I made a yeast recipe of some "stuffed" muffins that included onion, apple, and case-less apple chicken sausage. They were dry. This blog helped me to understand that allowing them to rise beneath a cloth was the problem. I need greased plastic wrap or a shower cap! The way the problem in this blog was addressed with many possible answers & pics was perfect. TY !!!
