I just tried a recipe for Kaiser |Rolls. Read directions several times to make sure I was doing it right. Waiting for the dough to rise and it is just sitting there. It has 23 more minutes to go and has not risen at all. Was careful with temperature of water for yeast, used a new Pkg of yeast, raising in oven so no draft. Not sure what the problem is. Very disappointed, what a waste of ingredients.
