I made dough for Italian Tomato Pie and followed the directions to the T. Te dough seemed dry after mixing, I did use dough paddles, and the finished product was a tough crust. I was told it was a lack of water in the recipe, another told me not enough yeast, and others said its a sea level issue. I live in central Florida, is the problem or recommended solutions tied in to that
