You can use your unrisen banana bread as a partial base in bread pudding, or try making it into French Toast. You could use it as a base for a truffle.. add a bit of rum or brandy sprinkled on, roll into cocoa powder or chocolate. Very thin slices could be spread with butter and pan fried or oven toasted for a fried sweet flat bread. Or cut it into pieces, deep fry it then roll into powder sugar for a dense doughnut type thing.
