This is a very frustrating article because I just made a KAF recipe (cinna-buns) that didn't rise, and according to the article, it's likely because the recipe called for 4.5 cups of flour to 0.5 cups of sugar (i.e., too much sugar for flour, by weight). Help! Is the recipe just bad or is the amount of sugar not really a problem like this article says?
