lol, first time bread baker here, i came here worried because it seems like my loaf isn't rising as much as it should on the second rise, I'm glad i did! picked up quite a few tips, reading the post and the comments. Thank you so much, I hope to eventually stop buying store bread and just baking our own :) just gotta get all the tricks mastered
