Hi, I have been wanting to try this for the longest time so am very pleased to see this blog with details! I was just at my local store and they had Plugra butter on sale. They were out of the unsalted and I could not remember what was called for anyway so I bought the salted. Will that be OK to use? If so, how much salt should I use now in the rest of the recipe? If I should just wait and get the unsalted butter later that is fine, I can use this butter for something else. Thanks!
