Haven't tried this recipe but I will...when the weather cools off. Several years ago I made laminated dough in a very small kitchen. It was a bit of a struggle. But after two days I had 12 lovely croissants. At the time I thought that was a lot of work for just 12 croissants. Neighbors could smell the aroma, came over and ate them all!!!
