I have some sourdough discard in my refrigerator now for almost 2 weeks. I keep in the fridge but feed it every 2 days with 1/4 cup of flour and 1/8 cup of water. It seems to be doing well but I want to know if I could use this for sourdough as well or just for sweets, pancakes, and so on?
