Hello, quick question. I read somewhere (the internet is dangerous) that sourdough discard can last for up to 3 months in the fridge so I started storing it in a tupperware, of course after it had risen and was bubbly after 9 days of starting this journey. Is it unsafe to bake with this mixed of discards I've been placing in one tupperware? Is one week the safest I could bake with it? Its mostly pancakes, waffles and essy recipes I find. Thank you!!
