I fed my KA starter the second time this morning and have prepared raisin bread dough. There is discard remaining in addition to the fed starter. Will the discard be good to use tomorrow afternoon for more raisin bread for a gift. If so, is it necessary to feed it? Should I refrigerate it or leave on the counter if I plan to use it tomorrow? Thanks.
