So I'm going to feed my starter & watch it grow, then maybe feed it again - question is, how long after a meal is it considered "unfed"? Or what characterizes "unfed" starter? How about that jar that's been sitting in the fridge for a week or more - is that too unfed? Meanwhile, thanks to all of you for your help over the years and I hope you have a happy New Year !
