I would pref… by nancy clark-hughey (not verified) We use yeast in most of our sourdoughs so that they are closer to a regular bread as far as the rising time is concerned. However, our extra tangy sourdough bread recipe was made to use no yeast. I would give that a try! Jon@KAF Reply
