Hi Ruth, the recipe page connected to this blog post is a little different than what PJ outlines here, and does call for our Instant Clearjel, so you could just follow along with the recipe page quantities and directions. If you'd like to substitute Instant Clearjel into PJ's rif on this recipe, I would go with about 4 tablespoons of Instant Clearjel and up the sugar amount to 1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon, since the Pie Filling Enhancer has sugar and ascorbic acid added to it.
