How brilliant PJ!! I am one who has looked at a beautiful lattice crust and yes, I too, turned the page. Your idea for the design and the parchment are ingenious. I've finally found a fix for all my pie woes. This makes such a lovely presentation and they'll think I've slaved over that pie for hours!! LoL P.S. Love reading your posts
