Hi! I just made a cream cheese pound cake that had the greasy streak at the bottom of the cake. It calls for 3-sticks of butter, 8-oz cream cheese and 1/3 sour cream. Could this be the problem? I bake it according to directions. I creamed butter about 5-minutes, added cr. Cheese another 5-minutes eggs one at time added flour but was very careful not to over mix. HELP‼️
