I have baked this Lemon Bliss cake countless times. It is one of my favorite cake recipes and I love baking with King Arthur Flour. It really is the flour I use 99.9% of the time. Your survey needs to provide another option as to why a person may not bake within 30 days of reading this post. I hit a response accidentally indicating I didn't like the look of the cake. I may not bake because I have other priorities right now which may not allow me to bake a cake or I may want to try another recipe that requires a different flour, i.e. cake flour. Your specialty flours are not available in my local grocery stores. With shipping costs nowadays, if I can buy something locally, that's what I will do. I shared this post in a cake group on Facebook. More than 100 people, so far, have liked and/or thanked me for this information. It is indeed valuable, clear information on how not to over mix your cake. I haven't had a cake to fall in. I don't know how long. However, learning that the creaming should be done at medium speed was a new tip that I have not heard before. So thank you so much for sharing this information. ❤️
