hi there, does overcreaming also happen to oil based cakes? I'm wondering as I have a recipe from a reputable source and it's oil based and it asks to mix all the ingredients together for 2 minutes with a stand mixer? and all three times I've made it, I get the above appearance of an "overcreamed" cake look. I follow measurements of ingredients by weight.
