My cakes are flat and rubber...like frisbees. ๐Ÿ™„ I have a stand mixer, but am beginning to suspect that I am beating the good right out of the batter before it even gets to the oven.
Should I just get a good spoon and forget about the mixer? I have tried to make a cake 6 times! Same result. ๐Ÿ˜ฑ
