Hi there, Rene! We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your cakes. It sounds like this one was under-baked. Often times when a cake collapses while it's cooling, it's because it needed just a bit longer in the oven to finish setting up the structure and baking through. In addition to using a toothpick to test for doneness, we recommend also looking to see that the cake is pulling away from the sides of the pan slightly and when you press on the top it should bounce back.
