I've been baking cakes for 15 years an for the last 2 weeks I've been having problems. Can't seem to figure out what is the problem. My cakes been raising beautifull but when they are almost cook the start to fall in the middle. I'm using the same recipe for the last 15 years. Tjey also have fence steaks around the sides.. Help please. My recipe. 1 duncan hines cake mix 1 cup sugar 2 eggs 1 stick of butter.(The pound has 5 sticks where I live) 1/2 can condence milk mix with water 2 cups flour 4 tsp baking powder Salt I've used this for years. I do all tips of cakes an can't seem to figure out the problem. I've also tried only using 2 tsp of baking powder. An still the same problem. This is an emergency. I have weeding cakes orders for hr next few days.
