I have had my oven for about 10 years and I have never been able to bake a cake properly in it the outside looks nice but the inside is always gluey and dense, and rather than streaks it is the entire middle part I've used the same recipes that I used in my old oven I have the same mixer that I had when I had my old oven so I thought it was the oven and because I don't cook cakes often I never really made a big issue of it but when I do occasionally I would like for it to turn out right. I wish I could send you a picture of it I just baked one this week and I thought it was going to turn out okay but the same problem again no matter what recipe I use it's the same thing and you're saying it is the speed of mixing the dry ingredients well I don't think I changed the way that I mix cakes from when I had the other stove so that's why I'm thinking it's really the oven but any help you can provide and if there's a way I can send you a picture please let me know
