Well, I just made a sour cream pound cake, and sad streak occurred. So glad to know what I just learned. I have a new Kitchen Aid mixer and first time using it. Not really sure which speed to use I don't think I went over #4 speed. But I apparently mix ingredients too long. Oh well, I will try again and see what happens . Thank for the advice...
