My problem with bread baking is the second rise. Wheni use refrigerated dough it says the dough will do its rising in a very hot oven. Not so forme me. So the next loaf i over.
Did it. I just can’t win with refrigerated dough! My favorite KARecipe is italian bread. I make the dough in machine and then shape. Will not raise enough to bake it
