Hi Greybeard. In the picture with those three loaves, the first loaf that was baked is on the left. The second loaf that was baked is all the way on the right and the third loaf that was baked was placed in the center of the two to show for comparison. Although just slightly sunken in the center, that third loaf in the center is the loaf that was not "as big a flop as loaf #2". Hope that helps clarify!
